"Cubivore (Doubutsu Banchou) prototype found for Nintendo 64"Originally intended as an N64DD game, Doubutsu Banchou (動物番長) aka Animal Leader was shown off at Spaceworld 2000 and was changed to a cartridge game near the end of its development, but was canceled. Doubutsu Bancha later came out for the Gamecube in 2002 in Japan published by Nintendo. Nintendo of America didn't want to localize it for the US, so it was released by Atlus USA the same year under the name Cubivore: Survival of the Fittest"
